Shipping and Returns

In our approach to handle all local and international orders with care, we only deal with couriers that provide express services and special attention. By using our website, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this section as Shipping and Returns. It is your responsibility to regularly check for amendments as they may be implemented by Gmash without a prior notice if necessary.


Local Delivery and International Shipping 

All orders within the Kingdom of Bahrain are delivered via express local couriers delivery services free of charge. After leaving our warehouse, an order usually takes 1-3 days to arrive to a client. You will receive a call, message or email from the courier to schedule the delivery in advance, hence, please make sure you respond and reply to as soon as possible to avoid delays or reschedules for the delivery of your orders.

All international orders are shipped via express international couriers shipping services either free of charge if shipped to GCC countries (excluding Qatar) or at a fair rate calculated upon check out if shipped to others. After leaving our warehouse, an order usually takes 3-7 days to arrive to a client from the GCC countries (excluding Qatar) and 7-12 days to arrive to a client from other countries worldwide. Once the shipment is dispatched, you will be provided with a code for your ease of tracking and reference purposes. Please consider that your shipment may be subject to extra applicable charges including VAT (Value Added Tax) and additional customs fees. These are not included in the product prices we charge from you at checkout, nor are included in the delivery/shipping costs. It is your full responsibility to directly complete the payment upon the delivery of your order, in order to receive it.

The estimated delivery/shipping time commencing from the date of order dispatch are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or circumstances beyond our control. If any unexpected delay arises, our team will do their best to communicate it with the client.

We shall not be held responsible if the customer fails to receive his/her order from the courier if wrong delivery information (including name, address, email and phone number) were provided, client refused to receive the order irrespective of the reason or the nobody was present to receive the order during the pre-approved delivery schedule.  Additional delivery/shipping costs may apply in the event of re-sending the order both locally and internationally incase it was returned to the sender. However, if the order was destroyed due to any of the above mentioned reasons, it will be the customer responsibility and original order will not be refundable.


Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns for refunds, and only allow exchanges. We accept exchanges on full price products that meet our recommended standard size guidelines within 7 days of delivery receipt for the Kingdom of Bahrain and for countries within the GCC region only (orders to other countries are considered final sale and may not be exchanged). The exchanged merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was delivered/shipped to the client (unused, unscented, unworn, undamaged, arranged in its original packaging and with the swing tag still present and visible). You will not be refunded, but can exchange the merchandise with other available ready-made products only (exchanged product must be in the same value or higher than the originally purchased product). Please allow up to 7 days for your exchange to be processed once the exchanged merchandise has been received by our team.

Any extra applicable charges to the exchange of a product including delivery/shipping costs, customs fees, postage and sales taxes will be at the client’s own cost, and are non-refundable by Gmash.

Any exchanged merchandise that do not meet our policy will be rejected and will only be returned back to the client if he/she expresses his/her willingness to bare any extra applicable charges to the return of a product.

We do not accept exchanges on full price products that do not meet our recommended standard size guidelines or have been slightly modified as per the customer’s order, as these are treated as a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Orders placed during sales/promotions seasons are treated as a final sale, and are not eligible for exchanges.

Gmash is responsible for the loss of international shipments in transit.
